Welcome to my free coloring pages blog.
Today's new drawing is of a Butterfly Fairy.
I have been drawing planes for a week and I wanted to get back to some fantasy drawings.
Butterfly Fairy by a River
(new drawing)
Butterfly Fairies are a type of Fairy that love butterflies and moths. Of course, there are some Moth butterflies that specialize in moths and others, like this Fairy, that specialize in Butterflies. She is also a River Fairy as well.
Butterfly Fairies, like all Fairies, can change from very small to human size or bigger. Their natural state is about 5 inches tall. That is about 13 cm tall. Butterfly and Moth Fairies will watch over the chrysalis or cocoon of butterflies and moths until the emergence of the adult insect. Butterfly Fairies have butterfly-like wings and Moth Fairies have moth-like wings.
NOTE: Below is a couple of older drawings of Butterfly Fairies and Moth Fairies from previous posts. To get to the printable version of these drawings click on the button labeled "Fantasy, Myths, and Circus" and scroll down the drop-down menu. The new drawing will be at the bottom of the list of drawings.
