Butterflies from Butterfly Biosphere
Here in Utah, USA we have just got an exhibit called the Butterfly Biosphere. It is located at t place called Thanksgiving Point. The butterflies are absolutely beautiful. My favorite is the Blue Morpho.
There is an excellent movie called Blue Butterfly that is based on true events. A boy who is suffering from cancer goes to the tropics to see a Blue Morpho. In reality he did see the Blue Morpho and believe it or not his cancer went into remission. The boy's real name is David Marenger. He is now an adult and he is a motivational speaker. His story is all about how the beauties that God put on this earth for us to enjoy can inspire and heal us. I truly think that getting out into Nature is a healing experience. For me it is a psychologically healing experience if nothing else.
My above drawing is more inspired by the butterflies from the Butterfly Biosphere that we saw at the exhibit day before yesterday. The below following photos were taken there.
