Today's new coloring page drawings for you to print and color are all of waterfowl.
Waterfowl are birds that live near water. They have webbed feet and can swim.
Juvenile Khaki Campbell & Cayuga Ducks
The drawing above is based on this photo. Obviously, I drew a different background.
Both these breeds of duck are domesticated. The Cayuga Duck is an American breed that is very beautiful. As adults, they get iridescent feathers, including green neck and head feathers.
The Khaki Campbell Duck is a British breed. It is known for high egg production. The females can lay up to 300 eggs annually. They have khaki plumage - like British Army uniforms.
You might want to base your coloring on the photo. But I need to remind you that these are sub-adult juveniles. They are just getting their adult plumage, so only a hint of the green is seen on the Cayugas.
Wood Duck Family
Wood ducks are colorful ducks with a crest. They are native to many parts of North America.
Canadian Goose on River
Canadian Geese are known for their long migration; however, often a flock will decide to stay somewhere year-round. I have seen this firsthand.
Swan on a Pond
This is a a rather simple drawing of a swan. To me, swans are the most beautiful birds on Earth. There are actually six species of swans on Earth. One species is black and one has a black neck. So this would be one of the white species. With its dark beak, this is probably a Trumpeter Swan.
NOTE: These drawings can be found in printable form by clicking on the button labeled "Birds." Then scroll down to the bottom or near the bottom of the list of bird drawings. Have fun coloring these waterfowl.
