It is of a Dragon Fairy caring for a Dragon Egg.

Dragon Fairy with Dragon Egg

Dragon Fairies sometimes care for a dragon egg. The mother Dragon leaves the egg with the Dragon Fairy. Then the Dragon Fairy cares for the egg until hatching. The mother Dragon knows when hatching will occur, and she always arrives to see her offspring hatch. However, the Dragon Fairy often cares for the baby Dragon part of the time. Many Dragon Fairies are friends with several Dragons that they helped raise. 

Like most or all Fairies, Dragon Fairies can transform into various sizes. Here we see Hyadien the Dragon Fairy in what would be large - even for a mortal. She is transformed from her 6-inch size to a spectacular 7'5''. This is to allow her to safely interact with the Dragon and to care for the Dragon egg.

You may wonder about the shape of the egg. Some large Theropod dinosaurs had elongated eggs. So I thought that Dragons may have similar eggs. Also, notice that this Dragon Fairy has Dragon Wings and a faux dragon scale outfit. She uses her magic to replicate young Dragon scales and fuses them loosely together to form clothing. You might also note that the mother Dragon is sparking from her mouth. This is a sight that is only seen when a mother Dragon is showing affection. The hatchling is blowing fire. This is the first thing that a new hatchling does upon hatching. Dragons like nesting high on cliffs so that is why Hyadien is up on a ledge.
