Because Jesus was resurrected, we all will one day be resurrected.
Jesus appears to Mary Magdalene after His Resurrection
The first person to see Jesus after His resurrection was Mary Magdalene. He told her to not touch Him because He had not yet ascended to His Father.
Jesus ascended to His Father, but Jesus returned to visit with His disciples for 40 days.
