Mr. and Mrs. Claus coloring page

 Christmas is coming, and so I have done another Santa coloring page. 

Actually, I met Santa and Mrs. Claus today at a store, and I drew them.

Mr. and Mrs. Claus

This is another drawing of Santa with his wife, Jessica Claus. They are out and about sometime in December. The moon would be on the left because there is now sunlight at the North Pole in December.  You can see the shadows so there IS some light... but it is the light of a full moon. Feel free to draw a moon on the left and add stars to the sky. 

I heard a kid say something at a store years ago.  He said, "Mom, I get it! Santa is John the Beloved." Quite honestly, it would not surprise me to learn that John, the Beloved Apostle of Jesus, was still on the Earth and doing good... like giving gifts to children at Christmas. So in that sense, the kid got it right!

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has a doctrine that John the Beloved was permitted to stay on Earth as an immortal.  He will be here when Jesus returns and is out and about doing good. 

So, COULD he be Santa, or at least doing "Santa-like things?  Of course he could!
