T. rex Mommy

T. rex Mommy
Robert Bakker, one of the greatest paleontologists of our era...or any era went around straightening up the dinosaur world.  He pointed out that the large long neck sauropods were land animals...NOT water animals.  He also says that when he thinks of T. rex he thinks of tenderness, and great parental care.  I imagine that T. rex mothers and fathers probably even carried their young in their mouth, like modern crocodilians do.  Evidence points to T. rex mating for life and that the females were probably larger than the males.  Evidence also shows that T. rex chicks hatched in a totally dependent form.  Parents would have had to care for them in a very dangerous world.  The Tyrannosaurs would have had to be careful that they did not crush the babies.
