This is my free coloring pages blog. There are around 2800
coloring pages for you to print and color. I drew all except for a few drawn by
a grandnephew and a grandniece. There are no ads or fees.
Today's new drawing is of Jesus without or outside the walls of Jerusalem.
Jesus without the Walls of Jerusalem
Jesus was our Savior and Redeemer. He paid the eternal prince for our sins so that we can one day return to the presence of our Heavenly Parents. Jesus actually IS our Savior. He is a glorified resurrected being. When we sin, and we ALL sin. Anyway, when we sin we create an eternal punishment that would separate us from God for all eternity. But again, Jesus paid that eternal price for our sins so that we can repent of our sins and be cleansed by His Atonement.
So, the essence of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is that people can repent and change. No true Christian would doubt that great truth! When we die our eternal spirit goes to the Spirit World. We are still alive in that our spirit can never die. Upon resurrection day we will receive a glorified body. Our spirit will unite with this perfect body and we will live forever.
This drawing shows Jesus during His mortal life. He standing without or outside the walls of Jerusalem. He is outside the walls but near Temple Mount and the Temple. The Children of Israel had an Aaronic Priesthood Temple. Our modern Temples, of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, are Melchizedek Priesthood Temples. The Melchizedek Priesthood holds the Sealing Power,
As our prophet, Russell M. Nelson has said recently, and I paraphrase: "The type of body you are resurrected with depends upon your repentance and behavior here. It also depends on you getting the ordinances of salvation like baptism, receiving the Holy Ghost by the laying on of hands, Temple covenants, and Temple or eternal marriage. If you are married before going to the Temple you can be sealed to your spouse and children. This makes it possible for you to live together with your spouse, as husband and wife, for time and all eternity. Of course, we are not perfect and so we must repent often and sincerely and strive to do better.
