Six New Coloring Pages of Jesus

So, welcome to my free coloring pages blog.  Or welcome back!

Today we have several drawings of Jesus that I did on various recent Sundays while at Church.

Drawing helps my ADHD brain focus and I can enjoy the talks and lessons more.

Plus I don't fall asleep during Church if I am drawing.

Jesus was and is our Savior.  He died for our sins.  What that means is that we all sin.  In our premortal life Jesus volunteered to pay the eternal price for our sins so that if we repented we could return to live with Him and our Heavenly Parents.  Jesus is our eldest Spirit Brother.  You see, we all lived as Spirit Children of our Heavenly Parents.  Jesus was the eldest of our Heavenly Father's and our Heavenly Mother's Spirit Children. He fought for our right to have free agency in our mortal life.  Satan, another Spirit Brother deceived 1/3 of our Spirit Brothers and Sisters. Satan and those Spirits who followed him were cast down to Earth.  They are now devils and tempt the rest of us.  They are jealous that they don't have and will never have a physical body like the rest of us have.

Jesus suffered in the Garden of Gethsemane and on the cross to pay the eternal price for our sins so that we could repent.  He came to Earth and took on a mortal body.  His earthly father was also our Father in Heaven.  So since Jesus' mortal body was half god he had power over life and death.  He voluntarily suffered and died for our sins. He was a victim of the cruelty of the Romans and the jealous cruelty of the Jewish leaders of the time.  But Jesus ALLOWED them to kill him.  At any time he could have stopped it all.  But He loved us too much to do that.  Jesus was and is Jehovah of the Old Testament.  He is the Word and He created the Earth.  He certainly had to be a willing sacrifice because He was incredibly powerful.  He used that power to heal people's bodies and their souls.  He still does this.

Because Jesus was part mortal He could die.  But because He was part God He could resurrect and become the first of all of us to receive our bodies back.  When we die our Spirit separates from our body.  When we are resurrected we get a perfect body back and that glorified and perfect body is one that can never die.  Then we get to go to the Kingdom we are worthy of to live there for all eternity.  Those who inherit the top Kingdom or Celestial Kingdom will be able to be married and live with their family for all eternity... with our Heavenly Parents and our Eldest Brother, Jesus.  And we will get to be with our worthy family members and our other worthy loved ones.

These five drawings are certainly not the only drawings I have done of the life of Jesus.  See all of them, in printable form, by clicking on the button labeled "Religious" and scrolling through the drawings.  I frequently draw a dove with my drawings of Jesus.  In the Holy Bible, a dove representing the Holy Ghost descended upon Jesus right after Jesus' baptism by John the Baptist.

These are the new drawings:  1. The NativitJey   2. Jesus walking along the Sea of Galilee where He chose some of His Apostles  3. Jesus praying and communing with God   4. Jesus as an itinerant teacher 5. Jesus right after His resurrection.  He is appearing to Mary Magdelene.  6. The last drawing is also of Jesus after His resurrection.  He is seen descending from Heaven to visit His people in the New Word... namely the Nephites and Lamanites.  This particular story is told in The Book Of Mormon, Another Testament Of Christ.

To get to these coloring pages in printable form just click on the button labeled Religious.  Then #1-5 will be at or near the bottom of the New Testament section.  The drawing of Jesus descending from heaven will be near the bottom of the Book of Mormon section.

Utahraptor Father teaching Offspring to Hunt

This is my free coloring pages blog.

There are around 3,000 free-to-print coloring pages here.

Today's drawing is of a Utahraptor father and his offspring.

Utahraptor teaching Offspring to Hunt

Utahraptor was a bigger-than-you-think predatory dinosaur.  They were around 16-23 feet long.  An adult Utahraptor weighed around 700 to 2,200 lbs.  It almost certainly had feathers.  Here we see a Utahraptor with his offspring during a hunting lesson. It was a raptor dinosaur so it had a large claw on the first toe of each foot.  This was a killing claw that now is thought to have probably been used as a stabbing weapon.

The offspring, following his or her father, is a juvenile Utahraptor.  It so happens that this juvenile Utahraptor is about the same size as Velociraptor.  Velociraptor was about 5 to almost 7 feet long.  Much of that length was a long thin tail.  It may have weighed up to 100 pounds.  That made the Velociraptor around 22 times smaller than a large Utahraptor.

Butterfly-like Wings on Jessia the Mushroom Dragon Fairy coloring page and puzzle

You have found my free coloring pages blog.

Today we have a reworked drawing of a Mushroom Dragon Fairy.

In this version, Jessia has butterfly-like wings instead of Dragon-like wings.

Butterfly Wings on Jessia the Mushroom Dragon Fairy

As previously mentioned, this drawing originally had Jessia with Dragon-like wings.  Here she has changed her wings magically into butterfly-like wings. There are a few other differences so see if you can find them.

Below is the original drawing so you can easily compare the two drawings.

More Dragon Types Chinese Dragon, Wvern, & Fairy with Pet Dragon coloring pages

This is my free coloring pages blog!

Today's new drawings are all of Dragons.

I have been in a dragon-drawing mood lately.

My last two posts were Dragons too.

Chinese Dragon and Dragon Training Fairy

Chinese Dragons are long somewhat snake-like dragons.  They usually do have 4 but they usually do not have wings.   On the other hand, some of them can still fly.  Chinese Dragon Training Fairies are skilled at working with and controlling the Chinese Dragons.  Without the great efforts of the Dragon Training Fairies much of China would be overrun with dragons.

Chinese Dragons are generally considered good not evil.  They also exist in Water Dragon form and they can swim well.  Many Chinese Dragons and Water Dragons are only about a yard or about a meter long. Then again, some Chinese Dragons are absolutely huge!

In the above drawing the two seen Dragons are NOT smaller in size.  You know because the Fairy is in his mortal size that he uses when working with larger Dragons. All Fairies can transform from Fairy size of about 5 inches tall to mortal size of around 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Six feet tall is just under two meters tall.  (1.8 meters tall)

Wyvern Dragon

A Wyvern Dragon has two back legs and instead of forelegs, its wings are the forelegs.  Like most Dragons, Wyverns can breathe fire or use oral fire as a weapon.  This particular Wyvern is a Forest Wyvern.  It is not what you think though.  It starts forest fires in old-growth forests so that pine cones will open. So they destroy the old trees pine cones that only open when exposed to fire will open and hence plant new young trees.  So believe it or not, this type of Dragon, the Forest Wyvern, is an ecologist.

Fairy and Her Pet Dragon

Fairies sometimes have a Mini-Dragon pet.  Or they have a Juvenile Dragon as a pet.  In either case, the "pet" is highly intelligent and is more like a friend of a different species of magical life.  Here we see a Swallowtail Fairy who also is a Dragon Taming Fairy because she has a pet Dragon.  The lovely Fairy is named Misty and the Dragon is a female Dragon named Charrita.

Charrita is a Mini-Dragon and she is an adult Mini-Dragon.  She has chosen to spend much of her life with Misty because they are good friends.  Some Fairies get a little nervous around any. Dragon, so Misty has a collar and a simple leash on Charrita.  This helps other Fairies not feel nervous.  In all reality, Charrita could orally fry the leash in a second.  But she chooses not to do so.

Jessia the Mushroom Dragon Fairy coloring page

Today's new drawing is of a Mushroom Dragon Fairy.

This is my free coloring pages blog.
There are around 3000 or so free coloring pages on this blog.
You can print them for free.

Jessia the Mushroom Dragon Fairy

You probably want to know about Mushroom Dragons. They are a small type of Dragon that is only about 2 feet long.  That is 0.6 meters long.  Jessia is about 5 inches tall.  That is around 12.7 cm tall.
These Mushroom Dragons eat (as you might expect) mushrooms.  They do not eat hardly anything else.  So sometimes they are called "Fungi Dragons."  Interestingly enough, these Dragons ARE a lot of fun.  They are very friendly with Fairies and will play games with them.

In this drawing, you see that Jessia is a very kind Mushroom Dragon Fairy because she is actually caring for or babysitting the Mushroom Dragon's egg.  The mother Dragon is not angry, she is just through feeding and she is coming back to pick up her egg.

Mushroom Dragons work with Fairies and help the Fairies find mushrooms to harvest.  I have drawn many Mushroom Fairies.  But this is the first time I have drawn and explained how Mushroom Dragons work with Mushroom Dragon Fairies.

Although not all Dragon Fairies have Dragon-like wings... you see that Jessia does have that kind of wings.  However, she can change her wings to be either butterfly-like or lacewings.  There are several types of Dragons in the world and many of them have friendships or at least working relationships with Fairies, Dragons, or good Witches.  Yes, some Dragons are bad and have relationships with corrupt magical people like Dark Fairies or Dark Magic Wizards and Bad Witches... but I almost never draw them and I almost never talk about them.  This is because I am an artist of Light and I try to depict positive things in my drawings.

NOTE:  This drawing in printable form is found by clicking on the button labeled Fantasy Myths and Circus.   Then scroll down to the bottom of the list of drawings IF you are accessing this drawing on or near May 18, 2024.

European Dragon vs Dragon Taming Wizard coloring page

Welcome or welcome back to my free coloring pages blog!

Today's new drawing is of a European Dragon

who is being charmed by a Dragon Taming Wizard.

European Dragon vs Dragon Taming Wizard

European Dragons have four legs.  Their forelegs are also used as arms.  They actually have two wings that are separate from their four other limbs.  They also have opposable thumbs on their "hands." Dragons are sentient beings.  That is, they have human intelligence.  Some Dragons are very dangerous and others are docile with humans.

Dragon Taming Wizards are gifted with working with enchanted animals like Dragons, Unicorns, etc.  They can use a charm on dragons so they can talk to them. Of course, not all dragons are dangerous to humans and Wizards.  Some Dragons are quite friendly, especially with Wizards and Witches.

NOTE:  To get to the printable version of this drawing just click on the button labeled: Fantasy, Myths, and Circus."  Then scroll down to the bottom of the list of drawings IF you are accessing this picture on or around May 16, 2024.  Have fun coloring!

Happy Mother's Day 2024 with a Young Mother Fairy and Her Baby Fairy and other Mother & Offspring coloring pages

 Happy Mother's Day Everyone...

Especially to the great women in our lives!

Today's first new drawing is of a young Fairy Mother.

She is also a Night Fairy, a Mushroom Fairy, and a Moth Fairy.

The second new drawing is of a Mother Rock Fairy with her daughter.

Young Mother Fairy and Her Baby

This is Ilia who is a Mother Fairy.  Her baby is on a mushroom behind her and Mom is looking back at her baby.  The baby is smaller than you might expect but this is true of Fairy Babies.  They are born relatively smaller in comparison to their mother.  The baby Fairy carries a strong concealment charm so she is lighter and more difficult to see, even for mortals who have the "Fairy Vision" gift.

Ilia is a Night Fairy so she is usually more active an night or nocturnal.  She loves moths so she is seen here charming a moth.  Or perhaps this moth is her friend.  She is NOT using light to attract the moth also she can do that as well.  As you can see, these are both Mushroom Fairies.  The mom gathers mushrooms for the Fairy village where she and her baby AND her husband live.

Fairy infants are relatively small in comparison to the mother/infant size ratio in mortals.  Yet the infants grow very fast at first.  The mother Fairy in this drawing has set her baby on a small mushroom.  But the mother has also enacted a safety charm that keeps the baby on the mushroom so she does not fall off.  That charm also contributes to the difficulty for mortals to be able to see the baby.

This first drawing shows the Mother and Daughter Fairy in their natural 5-inch or so normal Fairy size.  All Fairies can also change to mortal size if they wish.  In fact, they can go back and forth between mortal and Fairy size... and any size in between.

Mother's Day Card with Mother Rock Fairy and Daughter

This is a new drawing done just now in Church.  I was planning on only doing ONE new Mother's Day drawing this year.  But the inspiration for doing another drawing was a mother and her daughters who all have lovely long cascading hair with wavy curls.  They were sitting in front of us today in Sacrament Meeting.  Sacrament Meeting is our large group meeting for we members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I draw during Church because then I don't fall asleep AND my ADHD brain can pay attention better in Church if I am drawing.  Thank you to this nice family.  They are a beautiful family that is more than just beautiful on the outside.  And THAT kind of beauty is far more important.

Now, about Rock Fairies.  Rock Fairies might be called Geologists if they lived among us mortals.  In fact, quite a few Geologists are part Fairy.  Here we see a Mother Rock Fairy who is out among the rocks.  The mother is holding onto a couple of rocks and her daughter is examining a rock.  (Although you can't see that the daughter is holding a rock.)  The mother is teaching her daughter all about rock identification.  I married a geologist so I know all about them.  I wonder if my wife is part Fairy because she doesn't age like a normal mortal.  Fairies age slower than mortals, even though Fairy babies grow quickly at first.

This mother and daughter Fairy have changed to mortal size to examine larger rocks.  Of course they can return to their Fairy size at will.

NOTE:  To get to the printable version of these drawings just click on the button labeled "Holidays." Then scroll down to the bottom of the Mother's Day picture titles.  OR these coloring page drawings will be the last drawings on the list of the Fantasy, Myths, and Circus drawings.  At least they will be if you are accessing this on Mother's Day, 2024.  Have fun coloring.  AND you could print the first drawing and write "Happy Mother's Day" on it and give it to your mom for Mother's Day.  The second drawing already has that greeting on it..  So just color it and maybe fold it in half then give it to your mother. Below are a few other recent Mother & offspring drawings that could serve the same purpose.  Also, there are several other Mother's Day drawings and cards on the list when you click on "Holidays."
