Fairy with a Cardinal
Fairies can talk to animals. That should be no surprise to you. Fairies recognize that animals have limited intelligence compared to Fairies and mortals. But they still have some intelligence and some communication skills. This is a drawing of a Fairy talking to a Cardinal. The Fairy, like many Fairies, prefers to wear plant-based clothing. She is at full mortal size in this drawing.
Fairies have high technology that is integrated with magic. They can use that to change to mortal or Fairy size. Look closely and you will see that this Fairy is also wearing a flying belt. Fairies can fly without the aide of technology, however, to fly very long distances and to fly at high speeds they wear a flying belt. Fairies call a flying belt "Volantum Balteum." To fly Fairies harness Neutrino Gravity and Neutrino Energy.
The bird that the Fairy is talking to is a Northern Cardinal or just Cardinal. They live more less in the eastern half of the United States and Canada. They love woodlands, gardens, shrublands, and wetlands. (So says Wikipedia) While visiting South Carolina a resident was complaining to me that they had a cardinal that tapped on their window every morning and it was driving them crazy. Male cardinals are a brilliant red in color with a black face. Females are mostly tan with some red on their crest and on their tail.
