Fairies.
Forest Fairies are the most common of Fairies. They live on all continents except Antarctica. They are the most advanced technologically of all the Fairies. For instance, this Fairy is wearing a flying belt or Volantum Balteum.
These flying belts can be very helpful for flying long distances and at increased speed. All Fairies can fly, but they have limitations on their speed and distance. But with a Volantum Balteum they can fly incredible distances... and they can fly at great speeds.
Sometimes a Fairy will choose to go natural, that is fly without the flying belt. This will limit their speed and distance they can fly, but they sometimes do this when not on the job as pollinators or forest protection duty.
This new drawing is of a Forest Fairy named Autumn. This may come as a surprise to you, but some Forest Fairies like to climb trees. This is actually a popular pastime. To do this the Forest Fairy goes to mortal size. Their magic and tech allows them to do this.
Then the Forest Fairy finds a tree and has fun climbing. Sometimes they climb a small tree, and other times they have fun climbing very tall trees in the forest.
Below, the first drawing is the new drawing today. The rest are drawings from previous posts. To get to the printable drawings just click on the "Fantasy, Myths, and Circus" button up at the top of the page. Then scroll down to the bottom of the list of titles for the new drawing. Older drawings will be further up the list.

NOTE: The drawings I just posted (above) are a hodge-podge of drawings from the last three or four years. I wonder if those of you who have regularly come to my blog have noticed that over the years I have actually gotten a lot better at drawing Fairies / People. I went back to my Drawing Class. The better drawings here on this post are admittedly the newer drawings.
