Lexia the Puppy Fairy with Dandy the Micro Mini Goldendoodle

Today's new drawing is of a Puppy Fairy named Lexia.

Lexia the Puppy Fairy

This is a Puppy Fairy, hence the puppy.  The Puppy Fairy is named Lexia.  She is kind to puppies and dogs in general.  Puppy Fairies look after puppies and dogs, especially those that get lost.  They are able to fly for long distances for extended periods of time.  This is because they wear the flying belt or Balteaus Volantum that many Fairies wear.  Fairies have higher technology than we mortals.  Plus, Fairies integrate their magic with their tech.  

So when Lexia sees a stray dog she does all that she can to look out for it.  She has been known to go to animal shelters in her diminutive form to cheer up puppies and dogs.  In fact, Lexia also transforms into mortal size for her job in the mortal world.  Not all Fairies are so closely associated with the mortal world... but some are.  Lexia, of course, chooses a career where she can work with dogs frequently.  She works as a groomer.  In fact, she groomed our new puppy a day or two ago.  

I immediately recognized that Lexia was a Fairy in disguise.  You see, Fairies that come into the mortal world can internalize their wings, but they can't really internalize the positive glow & kindness that a Fairy of Light carries with them.  For this reason, Fairies make very good pet groomers, vet techs, and veterinarians.  Of course, that positive glow contributes to their already substantial beauty. 

This drawing is of Lexia holding our Micro Mini Goldendoodle named Dandy.  I previously drew another Puppy Fairy with Dandy.  I should add that a Fairy in the mortal world is transformed into a mortal adult-sized person... or Fairy that looks like a mortal.  When a Fairy wants to she or he can transform back into a Fairy size of around 5 inches or 12.7 cm tall. Sometimes when finding a stray puppy a Puppy Fairy will transform into mortal size to be able to pick up, snuggle, and carry the puppy.
