Lindsey Stirling the Music Fairy coloring page

Welcome to my free coloring pages blog!

Today's new drawing is of the brilliant violinist/dancer named Lindsey Stirling!

She is drawing here as a Music Fairy.

Lindsey Stirling as a Music Fairy

Some of our talented celebrities are actually Fairies in disguise.  Remember that Fairies can internalize their wings and go to mortal size and APPEAR to be mortals.  I am convinced that Lindsey Stirling is one of those talented Fairies that came into OUR mortal world to share her talents with a wider audience.

Music Fairies are signers or play instruments... or both.  Some of our best dancers on Broadway are also actual Faries.  In fact, some of the talented people we know or know of are part Fairy. (I suspect Sheryl Crow is one of them... so I drew her as one earlier this summer.)  Some, not a lot, but some Faires marry mortals and their offspring have some of the Fairy gifts.  Those gifts are often passed on for many generations.

You will notice that in this drawing Lindsey is wearing plant-based clothing.  She is also in diminutive Fairy size, not mortal size.  She still goes home to play for Fairy audiences.  She has a fondness for cricket because, in reality, crickets were the first violinist because they rub their wings together to chirp.  This cricket is Lindsey's good friend named Grylidia.  During her Fairy villages tours Lindsey does a duet with her friend Grylidia.  Remember that although most animals don't have human intelligence, they DO have some intelligence, and Lindsey and most other Fairies can speak at least SOME animal languages.  In this drawing, Lindsey is listening to Grylidia play her solo during their duet.

IF you are wondering about Lindsey's wings, they are similar to Lacewing Fly wings.  Some Fairies have lace wings and others have butterfly wings.  In fact, some Fairies have feathered wings and others have bat-like wings.

I don't know Lindsey Stirling myself, but my wife and I are attending her concert tomorrow night.  Her ability to write and play beautiful music and dance while she plays it is phenomenal.  She also has made awesome music videos at unique places all over the world!
