Mariah the Aussie Fairy

Mariah the Aussie Fairy

There are Aboriginal Fairies in Australia.  There are also those Fairies that transplanted from Europe with the First Fleet.  They snuck onboard at the command of the Fairy Queen.  The Fairies in Australia all get along.  Fairies rarely become war-like.  Soon the European Fairies were learning from the Aboriginal Fairies.

Notice the flying belt on Mariah.  Fairies don't NEED a flying belt for short distances.  But with a flying belt they can go far longer and far faster.  Fairies have very advanced technology.  Their tech is well beyond most mortal tech.  But Fairies also have a deep knowledge of uses of plants for nutrition and medecine.

The flower you see up front is a Kangaroo Paw flower.  There are several different species of this genus.  The Genus is Angozanthus.  They are pollinated by birds.  They are also used in traditional Australian Aborigine Medicines.  This is why Mariah is seen hovering over a Kangaroo Paw Flower.  She, Mariah, is studying with the Aboriginal Fairies to become a Fairy Healer.  Mariah, an apprentice Fairy Healer, is getting ready to use magic to collect parts of the flower for later medicianl uses.  Notice that her wand is at the ready.

Be aware, the fuzz on the flower can irritate skin.  Do not use any herb or flower for medicinal purposes unless you truly know what you are doing.
