We are on vacation in Norway & celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary. Today we went on a hike in the woods near Bergen, Norway & we saw two Forest Fairies, So I drew them. We, my wonderful wife of Norwegian descent, are some of the few mortals who frequently can see Fairies.
Tiril & Kaja the Norwegian Forest Fairies
Unfortunately I can’t post this drawing in printable form until we return home. But I want to say that the people (& Fairies) of Norway are very kind. They are also beautiful happy people. Of course their sunny disposition and especially their kindness enhances their beauty remarkably.
In fact, my wife & I got a little lost in the woods today and we heard two small but beautiful voices call to us from a nearby tree. There were two lovely & helpful Fairy in the tree. Tiril & Kaja led us to the correct trail to find the beautiful lake we were looking for. By the way, in this drawing Kaja is closer than Tiril so because of perspective she looks larger, but both are beautiful little Fairies that are around 5 inches tall.
Of course, like all Fairies, Kaja & Tiril can magically transform into mortal size and internalize their wings. They can also magically hide their cute little pointy ears. Tiril & Kaja like to help out Mortals so, like many Fairies, they live a double life in both the mortal world and the Fairy Realm. Many Fairies work in the hospitality industry or in medical care. Being naturally gifted with animals, (Fairies can talk to and understand animals), many Fairies work as veterinary techs or as veterinarians.
